If you want our guess, we would think it has to do with splitting the signal and delivering it as separate, time and X/Y shifted images.

Whichever the case, this is the type of technology that has huge potential. If Stream TV can manage to claim this technology and corner the market will only be proven through time, but they are the first ones to step onto the mainstream 3D stage and they do seem to have a market-ready product.
