Lehman Brothers used AI sentiment tool
Old news, but as the Lehman Brothers financial house went bust one wonders if their use of AI engines perhaps boosted the downfall? Maybe. Probably not. Possibly the opposite.
Looking back at how Lehman Brothers managed themselves I would suggest they could have done better with more artificial intelligence software. Even the ridiculously cheap Robot Trader software which is worth having just as a mascot application, something to toss around the office while having a beer after the bell… never mind that it actually works… could have done better… they bankrupted, remember? Can you see the faces of your collegues as the enthusiast robot rakes in the small takes on autopilot?
By the way, you can try the newsletter free and they are looking for beta testers of the new Robot Trader software. Is it a toy or not? These days, technical moves surpass fundamentals so even homegrown AI stuff may not be too bad.
